🔄 Returns

We accept returns on products that are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

• The item must be in its original packaging

• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

• Opened toys that are not defective

• Personalized or custom orders

💵 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Since we use Cash on Delivery, the refund will be issued via a store credit or bank transfer—our customer service team will provide instructions.

🚚 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
